Warehouse units are open to investors
3,000 sqm in the B Logistics warehouse is now available as 30 units of 100 sqm, sold in three phases, with quarterly payouts from October 2026.
B Logistics is opening its warehouse to investors. 3,000 sqm is divided into 30 units of 100 sqm each and sold in three phases:
- Phase 1: $8,000 per unit, 20% service charge
- Phase 2: $9,000 per unit, 30% service charge
- Phase 3: $10,000 per unit, 40% service charge
Storage customers pay $240 per sqm a year. All rent is pooled and shared equally across the 30 units, and B Logistics covers every operating cost.
The program runs for three years from 1 October 2026. Payouts are made every quarter and are available from the 1st of the month after each quarter ends.
